LJ Hooker has always been at the cutting edge of industry practice and further displayed this when we introduced the Future Champions Program.  This career launching, introduction and mentoring program has produced results that have totally reversed traditional industry trends in staff turnover and income in the first year of being in the industry.

Future Champions start with five days of intensive high level training before commencing employment with their office.

The full 12 months training programme includes:
•    Five day initial training in Sydney
•    Invitation to dial up to a Tele Seminar every 2nd month
•    Monthly Supercharge days or Phone link ups
•    Unlimited access to a Trainer for advice  

Selection

LJ Hooker has a team of highly skilled Career Managers throughout Australia and New Zealand.  Their role is to determine which applicants possess all the attributes required to achieve a high level of success.

The personal attributes required include:
•    High level of personal motivation
•    Exceptional people skills
•    Willingness to learn
•    Self Discipline
•    Ability to handle rejection
•    First class personal presentation
•    A high work ethic
•    A history of success

Your first step is to submit a written application, if your application matches the criteria required you will then be invited to attend a series of interviews. If successful you will then be invited for a final interview with a Franchise Owner who may offer you a position subject to you entering The Future Champions Program.
