Gerard Ponsonby the Owner/Operator has resided in the area since 1978, emigrating from South Canterbury coming to Kaitaia as a young farmer. Gerard began his real estate career in 1985 and has come through the ranks to become an Associate of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand and is also a Licensed Auctioneer.
