LJ Hooker Palmerston North - Louise Allen

I have been selling real estate with LJ Hooker for 2 years but have been involved in the industry for much longer than that.  My experience in property comes through owning rental and commercial properties over the past 20 years and also working in conjunction with Steve, LJ Hooker's Sales Manager.  I understand houses and what people want.  Because of my industry background I can talk to clients in quite a practical way.  My career involves more than just selling real estate.  It's about building relationships and matching people with houses.  One-on-one marketing is important to me and I keep in regular touch with the clients on my database and I enjoy taking clients out to view property.  I work hard, with integrity, and treat each client with respect.
