LJ Hooker Papamoa - Our Team

John started his Real Estate career January 1984 with Dalgety Real Estate Mount Maunganui which one year after merged with Wrightson Real Estate. In 1994 Fletcher Challenge franchised their Real Estate operation under the brand Challenge Realty and John took up the franchise offer for the Mount Maunganui office. In 1998 LJ Hooker purchased the Challenge Realty Franchise group.

Under the new name of LJ Hooker John was invited to accept an admiral’s roll within the group. During John’s time with the group John has been awarded:

· Franchise Owner of the Year in 2003

· Inaugural President of the Auction Chapter

· 21 Club member 2006

In early 2010 John merged the LJ Hooker Mount Maunganui office with the LJ Hooker Papamoa office to create the larger operation of LJ Hooker Papamoa located in Fashion Island, Papamoa.
