A spacious family home with a private back yard and pleasant outlook.

It has a large kitchen with lots of cupboards, bench space and pantry. This is open plan with the dining/living room which has a double skylight above to throw extra light into the room. A plate ledge around the wall is ideal to show off your treasures and knick-knacks. This room is heated by a log fire and heat pump. It is accessed off the covered patio which opens out to the fully fenced back section and is a lovely place to sit out in the sunshine.

At the front of the house is a large separate sunny lounge. It is heated by ducting from above the fire in the kitchen, has French Doors opening out to the drive and views out to the golf course.

There are three double bedrooms all with built-in wardrobes, and the master bedroom is particularly spacious. Alongside is the bathroom which has a bath, shower cubicle and wash-stand. The toilet is a separate room off the laundry.

There is good drive on access to the car parking area and a single garage which has space at the end for storage. Out the back is a gardeners pottering shed and at rear of this 1012sqm section is a handy storage shed with lean-to trailer and wood storage.
