Why go through all the hassles of the building when you can purchase this stunner and move straight in? Double internal garage with extra parking available. Once in the front door, the office is conveniently located to the left. Next door is a powder room. Carry on into the large open plan lounge dining and kitchen with a fire to warm through those chilly winter nights. Large sliders open out to the full width deck with views over the reserve behind and the surrounding rural area. The private master is up a couple of stairs and features a walk through wardrobe and ensuite. Downstairs, three separate bedrooms are serviced by their own bathroom and separate W/C. One features a small kitchenette.
This is a must view if you have been considering building, want a home and income, or are looking for a near new family home.
